The rules of the road.

Trixy is research, not advice. Everything you see in the extension — the AI-written thesis, the opportunity scores, the suggested position sizing, the holder analysis, the take-profit ladder — is informational only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, swap dealer, or any other regulated financial professional. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any market position.

Do your own research. Predictions can be wrong. Models can be miscalibrated. AI summaries can hallucinate. Holder data can lag. Markets can resolve in unexpected ways. Before placing any wager, verify independently and only use money you can afford to lose entirely.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trixy Chrome extension, the trixy.ai website, and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Trixy Inc ("Trixy", "we", "us"). By installing the extension, applying for access, pasting an access code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Trixy is a single product offered as-is; we don't negotiate custom terms.

• Is. A read-only analytics overlay for Polymarket. It reads public market data, computes statistics, generates AI commentary, and renders all of it in a side panel.
• Is not. A broker, exchange, custodian, market maker, or counterparty. Trixy never holds your funds, never signs blockchain transactions on your behalf, and never places, modifies, or cancels orders for you. Every actual trade happens on Polymarket through your own connected wallet.
• Is not. Affiliated with Polymarket, its operators, or its parent companies. We use Polymarket's public data the same way any third-party developer can. Polymarket's terms govern your use of Polymarket separately and independently of these Terms.

You may use the Service only if you (a) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater, (b) have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts, and (c) are not legally prohibited from accessing prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that your use of Polymarket and of Trixy is lawful where you are. We do not provide tax, legal, or regulatory advice about your jurisdiction.

• Access to the gated parts of the Service is granted by an access code that we (or an automated apply flow) issue. Codes are personal — don't share, resell, or rent them.
• You're responsible for the security of the device the code is paired to. Anyone with the code can use the Service as you.
• We may suspend, revoke, or refuse to issue a code at any time, for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, shared use, or violation of these Terms. The "Account paused" or "Application declined" screens you may see in the extension are how we communicate this.

You agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else:

• Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including by trading on prediction markets in jurisdictions where doing so is illegal.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish the AI thesis, opportunity scores, or any other Trixy-generated content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the extension, except to the limited extent applicable law forbids that restriction.
• Probe, attack, or otherwise interfere with the Service, our infrastructure, or the systems we depend on.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to drive the Service in ways that aren't natural human use, or to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• Impersonate another user, applicant, or trader, or apply under a wallet address you don't actually control.

• You place every trade yourself. The Buy and Sell buttons live on polymarket.com and are operated by Polymarket. Trixy's "suggested size" is a calculation, not a transaction. If you choose to place a trade, you place it on Polymarket directly, under your own authority and with your own funds.
• Prediction markets are risky. You may lose some or all of the funds you wager. Past performance — yours, Trixy's, or anyone else's — does not predict future results. Volatility, liquidity gaps, resolution disputes, smart-contract bugs, oracle errors, and platform outages can all cause loss.
• No fiduciary duty. Nothing in your use of Trixy creates a fiduciary, advisory, or principal-agent relationship between us. We owe you the product as-described, not investment outcomes.

Parts of the Service — including the thesis tab, opportunity copy, and certain summaries — are produced by large language models. AI output can be incorrect, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated even when phrased confidently. Treat AI output as a starting point for your own analysis, never as the basis for a decision on its own. We don't guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.

The Service, including the extension, the website, the design system, the AI prompts and pipelines, the rendered cards, and the brand "Trixy" and our logos, are owned by Trixy Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms are in effect. No other rights are granted.

Polymarket market data, market titles, and any third-party trader information remain the property of their respective owners.

The following disclaimers are required by law and apply to the maximum extent permitted.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that opportunity scores will be profitable, that suggested sizes will be optimal, or that the AI thesis will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trixy Inc, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at USD $100 or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Since the Service is currently free, this cap is meaningful.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trixy Inc and its personnel from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your trading activity on Polymarket or any other platform, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

The Service depends on third-party providers (the market data source, the language model, infrastructure, and so on). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, uptime, or actions. Their terms apply to your use of them separately.

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and discontinuing visits to the website.

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual-property, and governing-law clauses — survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we'll bump the "Last updated" date and surface a notice in the extension. Your continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms; if you don't, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you non-waivable rights, those continue to apply alongside this section.
